With 2500 square feet of versatile and flexible space, SandBox offers unparalleled acoustics, lighting for a variety of events, multiple screens, a sound system, Steinway Model M piano, a green room and a welcoming gathering space for beverages and light snacks with capacity for up to 150. Two fully opening garage doors on opposite ends allow for easy load-ins as well as great air flow. 

 

Jerrold E. Lomax FAIA, known for his bold modernistic statements, designed this architectural landmark in 2001 as his personal residence.  Massive concrete walls root our venue on the ground floor.  Towering walls of corrugated steel and glass overlooking the Pacific Ocean provide loft living space upstairs.
