About the Event
You’ll be delighted to encounter the harpsichord in the hands of one of its most creative and clever masters, Derek Tam. The first half of this special program offers a box of French bonbons—sparkling variations on beloved French carols alongside delightful character pieces written for the harpsichord.
Then Musikiwest artistic director and founder Michelle Djokic joins Derek for a bit of lively mischief for cello and harpsichord, with spirited works by Handel, Vivaldi, Frescobaldi, and more.
