It's difficult sometimes to explain what happens when the musicians of Musikiwest share their scripted open rehearsals with youth. This short video captures some of the expressions and feeling that come about as a result of our discussions on the nature of positive collaboration. Enjoy!

One of the silver linings of being a musician in the time of the pandemic is the wealth of virtual video productions we collaborated on. Here is one I would love to share with you featuring the young phenomenon, Alexi Kenney, on violin. The wondrous peace tables of George Nakashima are found in cathedrals around the world. Perhaps you've seen the on in St. John the Divine in NYCity? This video shown here was filmed n the campus of the Nakashima Studios in the fall 0f 2021. Mira Nakashima, the daughter of George, a close friend and collaborator gave the Concordia Chamber Players access to the property for this project. I am the founder and director of Concordia Players.
